You can define a keyword, and a link that goes to that keyword, as well as the style of the link, and it finds that keyword in your posts and links that keyword to the url you assigned. It has the capability to turn on the no follow tag so you don’t mess up your SEO with spiders following affiliate links. The great thing is now if an affiliate program is canceled you can easily redirect traffic to a new site, or delete the key word entirely. It’s not free.
