Directory Press Easy, Customizable, Directory Script for WordPress
Directorypress has come a long way since the last time I used this. It's a great tool that turns your WordPress install into a directory. Your listings can be added for free by your community, or you can charge to people to add their listing, and you can charge for advertising on your site. If you want, you can make your Directory so that only members who have paid can see the listings. When you install the system it walks you through setting it up. There is even a built in FAQ section. You can see this in action at www.schoolofpodcasting.com/links and I'm working on our directory of web tools at http://www.weeklywebtools.com/links/ (not finished yet)
Zopim Updates to HTML 5
Zopim the free chat system I previous mentioned has gone through an upgrade so you can man the chat while on your iPad. The free version is for one operator, and the next paid plan is only $11 a month.
